What drives the price
Flagstone runs higher per square foot than concrete pavers because of the material and the hand-fitting labor. Wet-set installations also require a sound concrete substrate; if yours has failed we'll price the replacement up front.

Flagstone or pavers — which should I choose?+
Pavers are more budget-friendly, more uniform, and easier to repair. Flagstone costs more but delivers a natural, high-end look that manufactured product can't quite copy. We'll show you both on site.
Does flagstone get slippery?+
Natural cleft bluestone has good grip when wet. Smooth, honed, or sealed stone can get slick, so we recommend cleft finishes for pool decks and steps.
