Flagstone gives you the irregular, quarried look that suits older DMV homes — Colonials in Bethesda, brick Cape Cods in Arlington, rowhouses in DC. Every piece is cut and fitted by hand, either dry-laid over a stone base or wet-set in mortar over concrete.

A paver driveway is the single biggest curb-appeal upgrade most homes can make, and it outlasts asphalt by decades. We build vehicular-rated driveways on a deeper base with a herringbone bond, and install permeable systems where stormwater management or impervious-surface limits apply.

The DMV is full of sloped lots, and a retaining wall is what makes them usable. We build segmental block and natural stone walls with the geogrid reinforcement, drainage stone, and perforated pipe that keep them standing — plus seating walls, pillars, and stone steps that finish the space.

Pedestal systems set large-format pavers on adjustable supports above the structural surface — perfect for DC rowhouse roof decks, condo terraces, and balconies where the membrane slopes but you want a dead-level floor. Water drains underneath, and any paver lifts out for access.
